Our food philosophy is to undersell and over deliver.

‘I am a fifth generation chef and cooking is all I have ever wanted to do. I feel at home cooking at the GWA and am so proud of what we achieve from a little country pub. I serve a cross spectrum of food to make you feel comfortable whatever your mood, so whilst ham egg and chips is available, so is T-bone steak, garlic prawns and fresh fish. I love to make everyone feel special and if you have any special requests, please don’t hesitate to ask. I love a challenge and nothing makes me happier than seeing happy customers.’
